It appears that more and more people are converting garages into designer kitchen, spas, home theatres and other slightly unusual luxuries, at least according to the Yahoo article.

I wonder if any members here has converted their garage into an Oakley showroom?

Cferr's basement is one hell of an Oakley Shrine!!! One day, when I grow up, I will have a room like Chris's!!! One day, you'll see...LOL!

I know this topic well, here is my home theater, office, display room, woman hide out or has I call it, the Bunker!


I framed this 20x24 room has a garage but during framing I decided to close in the door and finish it out with a/c, 7.1 surround sound and movie projector. Sorry to say, I will be moving soon (divorce/new house being built) and I will miss my "man room"!

Ahhh...Sad news on the divorce, but all the more reason to build a Bigger and Better one.
Mmmm...maybe with an O theme.
