Has anyone ever modified the arms of a valve with another color? i was looking at my girlfriends pair and noticed the screws on the arms. Maybe the black with the gunmetal arms.... opinions? pics? naysayers?

You can make a fully blue pair. I don't know if would look any good though.

Yeah i dunno if any of the combos would look any good, but it would be interestig to see

black and bronze might look pretty cool.

There is a guy that works at a SGH not too far from me that has made a couple custom Valves that way.

For one, he took a Silver frame, FMJ+ lugs, and got custom light blue lenses from LensCrafters.

For the other, he took a Black frame, Dark Grey lugs, and got custom RED lenses. Mind you, these were not red mirrored... they were red-tinted. Looking through those things was very weird. I can't imagine wearing those for very long.

on my valves i took the OPD fire edition and combined it with the black iridium version. black frames and orange side ear stems makes a cool look with fire iridium lens.
