Your are correct RB paid to have Snipes wear those shades. Snipes is a big O fan and got around the problem by hooking Jessica Beil up with the 1/2 wires she puts on in the movie, and like stated early in the photo shoots he is still wearing the fours! Oakley has never paid for a pair of Sunglass to be in a movie they are requested by the stars or a director for the look they want. Movie producers also like the O because they can custom fabricate things on sight like the visor in X men the lenses in Spider Mans Mask as well as the green goblin and also some help with the predator mask.

I wasn't a massive fan of the movie, but I agree with Dann, the Half Wires were really really cool. Never really bothered with them before, but maybe I'll have to try them on...

Such a shame. It was an awesome movie, but I had hoped for some more Oakley-age, but only got two references. I'm thinking I'll be getting those +Red Half Wire's now though. They were sweet.

the glasses that snipes wore for the movie were actually ray bans!(yuck) but the ones he used for the photo shoots was none other than the fours... ray ban bought out the part for snipes to wear there glasses
